These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. website (croftconcrete.com), our text messaging program, and any request for services. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or SMS program.

1. SMS Program Description and Use Cases

Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about concrete pumping services. When you opt in by checking a consent box on one of our forms, you may receive messages from us for the following purposes:

• Transactional messages: Estimate delivery, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling, pour-day updates, crew dispatch notifications, and other service-related communication.
• Marketing messages: Occasional promotional messages, seasonal availability updates, and company news. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to the marketing SMS checkbox on our forms.

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and the opt-in categories you selected. You may receive anywhere from zero to several messages per week depending on whether you have an active project or upcoming pour.

2. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may also receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. To rejoin the SMS program, you must submit a new opt-in through one of our website forms. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any project or estimate already in progress, and you may still reach us by phone or email.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you send or receive through our SMS program. These rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. Please check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge you to send or receive SMS from us, but your carrier may charge message and data rates according to your plan.

5. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery through the SMS program is subject to the availability and reliability of your wireless carrier’s network. Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or received out of order due to carrier issues. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

Our services and SMS program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information or opt in to SMS.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including explicit disclosures about how SMS opt-in data is handled. Please review the Privacy Policy along with these Terms.

Services and Estimates

Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. provides concrete pumping services, including boom pump and line pump operation, to contractors, finishers, pool builders, and other qualified customers in North Central Florida. All estimates are provided based on information supplied by the customer (project type, location, pour volume, access, and scheduling) and are subject to adjustment if site conditions differ materially from the information provided. We bill hourly with a minimum fee; exact rates are provided in writing at the time of estimate. We do not charge fuel surcharges or primer fees.

Limitation of Liability

Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. carries general liability insurance and workers compensation. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our website, SMS program, or services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or project delays caused by factors outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, Florida.
