If you are a homeowner pouring a driveway, patio, pool deck, or backyard slab, you actually need two crews:
A concrete finisher to grade the site, set the forms, place the rebar, screed the surface, float it, and finish the look you want. And us. We pump the wet concrete from the ready-mix truck to wherever your finisher is working, over fences, around houses, across yards. You can hire both separately. Many homeowners do.
We also work directly with residential contractors and pool contractors on ongoing jobs.

Can I hire you directly as a homeowner, or do I need a contractor?+
You can hire us directly. You will still need a finisher to place the concrete, we pump, we do not finish. Many homeowners hire both separately and coordinate the timing.
How much does concrete pumping cost for a driveway?+
We bill hourly with a minimum. Most residential driveway pours fall within a short block of time. Call us for an estimate tailored to your square footage and pour volume.
Do I need a boom pump or a line pump for my driveway?+
A line pump works for most ground-level driveway and patio pours where the truck can park nearby. A boom pump (Schwing 39-meter) is for elevated, obstructed, or longer-reach pours, over a house, into a backyard with no truck access, or onto a second-floor deck. Tell us about your site and we will recommend the right tool.
How far in advance should I book?+
Same-day estimates by phone, written estimates available on request. Pour scheduling runs booking-first; the sooner the job is on the calendar, the better the chance of hitting your preferred date. Late notice does not guarantee a spot, but Justin will do his best.
What if the weather forces a cancellation?+
We ask for 24 hours notice on weather cancellations whenever possible. If our truck has already left the yard, cancellations are billed at half the job minimum. Show-up fees apply if the job is cancelled after we have arrived.
Are you fully insured?+
Concrete pumping is not a regulated contractor trade in Florida, so there is no state license to publish. We are fully insured (general liability + workers compensation). Certificates available on request, email office@croftconcrete.com.
