Where do you wash out at the end of a pour?+
We wash out on your designated washout area. For jobs without one, let us know in advance so we can plan together. We never wash out into storm drains, unprotected ground, or anywhere that creates a compliance problem for your GC.
What happens if the weather cancels the pour?+
We ask for 24 hours notice on weather cancellations whenever possible. If our truck has already left the yard, cancellations are billed at half the job minimum. Show-up fees apply if the job is cancelled after we have arrived on site.
Do we need to provide primer mix?+
No. We bring our own priming slurry and it is included in the hourly rate. No separate primer fee, no back-charging for the first bag of mud.
Are there jobs you do not take?+
We pump concrete and cementitious fill. We do not finish slabs or do foundation repair. For sinkhole work we pump the grout to your remediation contractor or engineer's spec, see our sinkhole pumping page. If your project does not fit, we will usually know someone who handles it.
How far in advance do we need to book?+
Same-day estimates by phone, written estimates available on request. Pour scheduling runs booking-first; the sooner the job is on the calendar, the better the chance of hitting your preferred date. For critical commercial pours, we recommend booking at least a week out. Late notice does not guarantee a spot, but we will do our best.
